Appointment Deposit, Cancellation Policy and Waiting Times.
Starting July 2024, Fenix Auto Detailing will require a deposit for all appointments to secure your spot on our calendar.
When you book with us, we’re reserving that time just for you. Lately, we’ve seen an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which can be particularly challenging given the complexities of Miami traffic.
Here’s how it works: The deposit amount will vary based on the total cost of your services. For services under $150, the deposit will be $25; for services between $150 and $300, the deposit will be $50; and for services over $300, the deposit will be $100. This deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. If the client does not comply with the 12 hour communication frame, a new deposit will be required for the new date.
Is the deposit an extra fee?
No, the deposit is not an additional charge. It’s applied directly to the total cost of your services. For example, if your service total is $300 and you’ve made a $50 deposit, you’ll only pay $250 at checkout. Don’t worry, we’ll keep track of everything for you!
Why do I need to place a deposit?
With the challenges of Miami traffic and the rise in no-shows and last-minute changes, a deposit helps us manage our schedule efficiently. It shows us you’re serious about working with us (and we truly appreciate that!).
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Both weather and Miami traffic are crucial factors. If the weather turns bad, we’ll simply reschedule your appointment without requiring a new deposit.
What if I'm running late?
We totally understand that life happens! However, due to our tight schedule and Miami traffic, we can only wait 20 minutes after arriving at your location. If you think you might be delayed, please give us a heads-up as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
